Zurich

In May we planned an optimistic five day route around Switzerland’s largest cities, Zurich, Lucerne and Basel. Our first location was Zurich for a duration of two days, exploring the cobbled lanes within the centre where we had the surprising pleasure of finding pockets of quiet green spaces in one of the largest cities.

My highlights of the city was the quiet square of St. Peter’s Church, each unique styled bridge to the outskirts and sourcing the various designs of animal themed water fountains.
